I had a great experience working with Phenomenal Moments Travel. I planned a surprise trip for my husband’s 35th birthday and Letitia had to deal with 16 people. Everyone talked about how responsive she was. She provided us with the necessary information to travel, including COVID protocols. I asked her to set a dinner for the group at the resort and it was all set when we arrived. My group also received gift bags after we completed our booking payments. In March, I couldn’t take it no more needed to get out of the house and been searching the web for deals for weeks. To no avail, searching for a trip in my budget and family friendly was torture. I reached out to Tisha and within 30 minutes I had a trip within my budget, all-inclusive and with direct flights booked. It was such a relief. However, Tisha’s services didn’t stop there. We had such an amazing honeymoon in Aruba. The trip was planned entirely by Phenomenal Moments Travel. Where we stayed: We stayed at the Renaissance Aruba Resort and Casino (Adults only). There was a private island called Flamingo Island that had a water taxi running every 15 mins to the island. Just beautiful. My husband and I celebrated our 4-year anniversary on 10/20. Phenomenal Moments Travel booked me a 2-night stay at Intercontinental New York Barclay in Manhattan. It was our first time there.
